What we sell
Askray shows how AI assistants answer the questions your customers ask: which companies they recommend, why, the searches and sources behind their answers, and where your company stands. The free scan is a limited preview, one a day per connection. The full report is a one-off digital service: many more answers from several assistants, analysed into a report you open online.
Price and payment
The full report costs €39 plus VAT at the rate that applies to you, shown before you pay. It is a single payment, not a subscription. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card details. Businesses can enter their VAT ID at checkout, and receive an invoice by email after paying.
Delivery
The full scan starts as soon as the payment is confirmed and is usually ready in about 10 minutes. The report is delivered at a private link, which you can also have emailed to you. Anyone with the link can open the report, so share it only with people you want to see it.
Right of withdrawal
If you buy as a consumer in the EU, you can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of buying: email us at support@askray.ai and we refund you in full. Buyers acting for a business have no right of withdrawal.
Refunds
If a full scan you paid for fails or isn’t delivered, tell us at support@askray.ai and we will run it again or refund you in full. Apart from that and a consumer’s withdrawal, payments are not refunded once the report has been delivered, as it has been produced for you.
What the report can and can’t promise
The report records what AI assistants answered when we asked them. Their answers change from day to day and from one person to the next, so the figures are estimates from a sample, shown with their likely range. We don’t control the assistants and can’t promise that following the report changes how they answer. The report is information to support your decisions, not a guarantee of results.
Using Askray
Scan only questions and websites you have a legitimate interest in. Don’t try to get around the limits, the bot check or the payment. We may refuse or stop scans that misuse the service.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for a full report is limited to the price you paid for it, and we aren’t liable for indirect losses such as lost sales. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.

Disputes
Finnish law applies. Contact us first at support@askray.ai; we aim to answer within a few working days. Consumers can also take a dispute to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta), or to the courts of their home country.
